....will require you to "Gear Up" in helmets, gloves and kneepads and allow you to see more of the inner cave areas.  There are several optional circuits and you and your guide will determine the best route for you and your group.  All routes require some traveling over rougher areas in the cave system. There are some fun crawling options and you will see archeological areas as well as approximately one mile of the cave itself.

** All spelunkers will see the lighted trail included in their trip price. We are in the Ka`u Desert area and the mornings are beautiful here. "After your caving adventure, you can continue on your way to Volcano Park with new insights on volcanic geology!" Or, if you have spent the day at the Volcano and are on your way back to Kona, an evening stop here is a great way to end another exciting day in paradise. The lights are always on and the cave doesn't care if it's dark outside....
